"As someone familiar with school operations, I have a good understanding of office procedures and SOPs. However, through this experience, I noticed issues in the school's administration and communication.
When a student was absent from school, the parents did not receive any notification. Additionally, when a student forgot an item and the parents brought it to the office, the school did not inform them on the spot that bringing items was not allowed. It was only the next day, when the parents called the office to ask, that they were told about this rule. However, when I requested official documentation or proof of this regulation, the office changed its response, claiming that the teacher had been notified to remind the student to collect the item. Yet, in reality, the student went home without receiving any such notice.
Although these may seem like minor issues, they highlight flaws in the school's administrative SOPs, particularly in information dissemination and communication with parents. I hope the school can improve its processes to ensure clear and transparent policies while establishing an effective communication system to enhance administrative efficiency and build trust with parents."
